Datastem is a startup founded in 2018 by Koen & Thomas Vijverberg. Both are graduates from Radboud University Nijmegen with degrees in computing science and chemistry respectively.

I started my own business to meet new people and to be able to work on all kinds of different projects.
Working with talented people from various fields and businesses inspires me. It gives me the drive to improve every day.
I have a master’s degree in computing science, with a specialization in data science.
I have published a paper in the field of medical imaging. For my master’s thesis I created (parts of) an autonomous container ship.
My hobbies include sports - I was part of the student rowing crew in my college years and have been doing triathlons since - and reading and I love riding my motorbike on weekends.

I love working with different business owners. Each has their own ideas and goals, which requires flexibility from our end. It motivates me to be my best every single day.
I have a BSc in Chemistry and I’m working on my Master’s in the same field.
